A wonderful edition to any superman fan's library. The book is filled with high quality photos that follow the movie's plot and includes sections of the script. As an added bonus a few behind the scene moments, as well as some detailed concept art have been included. There are several interviews with cast members, writers, set designers, the special effects department and of course the director, Bryan Singer.

Wonderful pictures, and it provides a fantastic insight of the Superman Returns movie which I had the privilege of going to see at the movie theatre today. It only came out in the UK today and I must have been one of the first to see it.
It was breathtaking. A must see for all Superman fans.
For any Superman follower it's a must buy, and I can't wait until I can buy the DVD. I have asked Amazon to let me know when it becomes available.
As far as the book goes, it is a good buy because although it has lots of info, it doesn't give the story away.

This book is not meant to be an in-depth look at the making of a major motion picture. Rather, it's a book that's about 75% pictures. And really, that's exactly what the fans want. We've been lucky enough to follow the production of this film from Day 1 via Bryan Singer's video diaries (bluetights.net). We've seen how the film was made, and further documentaries will explain it even further. It's just wonderful to sit back and look at the details of the beautiful finished product, and this book delivers. I found myself dwelling on each page, like it was an art book. Considering the great price here on Amazon, if you're big enough of a fan to be on this page, there's no reason that buying this book now won't be worth it!
